    Sammanfattning : This study examines the motivations, perceptions and adoption of users towards taxi-hailing app based on the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) in a large metropolitan setting. Two hundred and eleven taxi-hailing app users were surveyed about their patterns of usage, demographic, perceptions about the technology, and their behavioural intentions to use online taxi-hailing service.
