21. Effect of powder spray drying on catalyst formulation in tablet form
Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Kemiteknik (CI)Sammanfattning : Heterogenous catalysts consist of a large surface area support material applied with the catalytic active phase, and the activity of a catalyst is often correlated to the surface area per volume. Support materials often need to be processed further to be optimal for specific processes. LÄS MER
22. Effects of temperature and microplastic concentration on the consumption of microplastic particles by the detritivore Asellus aquaticus
Kandidat-uppsats, SLU/Dept. of Aquatic Sciences and AssessmentSammanfattning : Microplastic (MP) pollution has now reached a point where particles can be found in every environmental compartment across the globe. However, the ecological and long-term consequences of MPs are largely unknown. LÄS MER
23. Analysis of Simulated Charm Baryons : Decay Kinematics and Parameter Estimations for Studies with the Belle II Experiment
Kandidat-uppsats,Sammanfattning : A fundamental assumption of our universe has been that equal amounts of matter and antimatter were created during the Big Bang. Since the world we live in is made entirely of matter, one either needs to question this assumption, or explain how matter was enriched with respect to antimatter. LÄS MER
24. Statistical analysis of LDMX data
Kandidat-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Fysiska institutionen; Lunds universitet/Partikel- och kärnfysikSammanfattning : This thesis explores a statistical framework for analysing LDMX data. It uses pre-built functions in the ROOT framework to calculate likelihoods and confidence levels (CL). LÄS MER
25. Forward-Backward Multiplicity Correlations for Proton-Proton Collisions with ALICE at LHC-CERN
Kandidat-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Partikel- och kärnfysik; Lunds universitet/Fysiska institutionenSammanfattning : This thesis presents the study of two-particle pseudorapidity correlations in pp-collisions at √s = 13 TeV using the ALICE detector at LHC, CERN. The correlation function was calculated as a function of multiplicity and was repeated for several multiplicity classes and different charge combinations in the forward-backward and central regions of the detector, respectively.
