Vilken återhämtningsmetod resulterar i en liknande prestation före och efter återhämtning vid Special Judo Fitness Test? Finns det skillnader mellan de olika återhämtningsmetoderna med avseende på prestation före och efter återhämtning? Vilken återhämtningsmetod resulterar i snabbast blodlaktats eliminering?
