Business Model Value in EdTech : A single case study on a Swedish startup

Sammanfattning: The EdTech industry is recognized as one of the fastest-growing industries in the world. Additionally, entrepreneurs within this industry have faced challenges when trying to build sustainable and efficient business models. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore and analyze how a Swedish startup within the EdTech industry has designed and developed its business model. This is limited to only exploring it in terms of value, based on this company's first three years of existence. The methodology used in this study is qualitative, applying an adaptive and systematic combining approach. The analysis provides examples of how this company designed and developed its business model for success on the market. It also shows which parts of the business model have been most affected by change. However, more analysis is needed to reach more detailed conclusions.
