Sammanfattning: Lake Mälaren exhibition hall in Kvicksund. The short strait in Lake Mälaren is an important part of Lake Mälaren's history. The strait divides the town of Kvicksund into two parts, where one side is in the city of Västerås and the other in the municipality of Eskilstuna. The strait has long been a place where the two sides of Lake Mälaren are connected. The exhibition is about Lake Mälaren with a focus on the marine ecosystems but also about the environments around the shoreline. Where the exhibition both informs and teaches visitors in an interactive and educational way. The exhibition will make  the beautiful environments below the water surface accessible for the tourists, which is usually difficult to access for most people. Lake Mälaren exhibition hall is not only a tourist attraction but it was important that the local community was taken into account where the house should also be able to accommodate what is missing and in demand on the site.
