Gråbröder 20 - Mjuka värden på Gamla Väster

Sammanfattning: In my master thesis I have examined how, with the help of social values inspired by the architect Herman Hertzberger, the vacant plot on Gråbröder 20 in Malmö can be developed. My report accounts for the three steps I have divided my work into: analysis, design principles and design, in the pursuit of creating a vibrant living environment where people, their well-being, and spontaneous meetings are key focuses. The goal was to incorporate qualities that positively affect both the residents of the complex and the surrounding neighborhood.
