Studie av renovering av balkonger och loftgångar i Halmstad

Sammanfattning: Abstract This report describes the renovation of balconies/airways built under the so called Million Program. Two different areas in Halmstad that have already been renovated were compared. With the help of HFAB, we were given enough information and technical descriptions to compare and analyze the renovation of the properties in KV Volymen and Jaktfalksvägen. The Million Program's buildings are everywhere in Sweden, several buildings needed to be renovated and remedied. From the real estate owner's point of view, it is important to be able to reach the best possible solution that is both economical and sustainable. In order to investigate the methods of renovation available on the market, we have used interviews, literature and analysis of case studies in order to compile the solutions used and the lifetime and quality of the renovation that have been carried out.
