Utveckling av riktlinjer till mobila applikationer för beslutsattestering

Sammanfattning: Every day thousands of invoices are handled in Swedish organizations, but not everyone has the option or ability to use mobile devices for this purpose. The need exists, but the area is unexplored. This work has been carried out with the purpose of developing guidelines for how a useful and effective mobile application for certifying invoices should be designed that is both easy-to-use and at the same time provides the basis a user needs to be able to make the right decision when certifying an invoice. During the work, Design and creation has been used as a research method and Prototyping as a development method. Through interviews with users of a billing system, a first number of guidelines were developed. These guidelines were used to create three different prototypes that focused on meeting different parts of the guidelines. The prototypes were subjected to usability testing, where the test subjects then talked openly during unstructured interviews what they liked about the prototypes and what problems they experienced. The data collected through these tests and interviews could then be used to create a revised and final list of guidelines. Using the final guidelines, a fourth prototype could be developed.
