Känslan och upplevelsen av att arbeta med missbruk inom LSS : En kvalitativ studie inom privata och kommunala vuxenboenden.

Sammanfattning: The purpose of the study is to investigate how emotions and experiences affectthose who work with autistic people who have an addiction to drugs that leadsto threats and violence. We want to investigate both municipal and private accommodation with autistic residents to investigate if there are any differencesbetween them. To be able to answer our questions, we interviewed both managers and subordinates at four different units (two municipal and two private).The result shows that the laws governing does not contribute to the maximumbenefit to the addict individual. Privacy legislation prevents effective teamwork between the various actors to mitigate the consequences for the addicts.
