Fokus Dalby - Medborgardeltagande i planeringsprocessen

Sammanfattning: The municipality is planning for the citizens and therefore the citizens should be one of the primary tools to use during the planning process. In this thesis were going to analyze a project, Fokus Dalby. It´s a project that helps the citizens of Dalby to take part in the planning process of their own community. The views of the citizens should be a critical factor in the planning process since the municipality is working for the citizens. In this thesis we can see that the municipality organization actually is afraid of the views of the citizens and think of them as a problem rather than a powerful tool to use in their work. We are also analyzing the municipality’s organization wich is the frame that the project works within. Our purpose with the thesis is to see to what extent the project bases it´s work on theories on collaborative planning, we have also evaluated the work that so far has been done,
