    Sammanfattning : The purpose of the study was to investigate the Bosnian diaspora's experiences in the Swedish labor market. The method used was qualitative interviews that consisted of semi-structured questions and through thematic analysis, three themes were developed that included background, after arrival and integration in the labor market.
