  1. 1. Real-Time Navigation for Swarms of Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) Satellites

    Master-uppsats, Luleå tekniska universitet/Rymdteknik

    Författare :Antoni Eritja Olivella; [2024]
    Nyckelord :SAR; Real-time orbit determination; Real-time baseline determination; swarms; satellite; formation flying;

    Sammanfattning : The pursuit of precision and flexibility in satellite missions has led to an increased number of formation flying missions being developed. These systems consist of multiple satellites flying at close distances (from a few kilometres to a few meters) to achieve common objectives. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Optimizing the instruction scheduler of high-level synthesis tool

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)

    Författare :Zihao Xu; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Instruction scheduling; Scheduling algorithm; CGRA; High-level Sythnesis; SiLago; Algorithm-level Synthesis; Constraint programming; Instruktion schemaläggning; schemaläggning algoritm; CGRA; High-level Sythnesis; SiLago; Algoritm-nivå Synthesis; Constraint programmering;

    Sammanfattning : With the increasing complexity of the chip architecture design for meeting different application requirements, the corresponding instruction scheduler of high-level synthesis tool needs to solve complex scheduling problems. Dynamically Reconfigurable Resource Array (DRRA) is a novel architecture based on Coarse-Grained Reconfigurable Architecture (CGRA) on SiLago platform, the instruction scheduler of Vesyla-II, the dedicated High-Level Synthesis (HLS) tool targets for DRRA needs to schedule the specific instruction sets designed for Distributed Two-level Control System (D2LC). 3. 3. Continuous Integration for Embedded Software with Modular Firmware Architecture

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)

    Författare :Fabian Segatz; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Continuous integration; Embedded software development; Modular firmware architecture; Jenkins; Software quality; Kontinuerlig integration; Inbyggd programvaruutveckling; Modulär fastvara arkitektur; Jenkins; Programvarukvalitet;

    Sammanfattning : Continuous Integration (CI) techniques are widely adopted in web and application development but have received limited attention in the embedded software domain. This thesis investigates the application of CI techniques in embedded software development through a case study at Cobolt AB, a company specializing in optoelectronics. LÄS MER

  4. 4. Simplifying Software Testing in Microservice Architectures through Service Dependency Graphs

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)

    Författare :Marcus Alevärn; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Microservice architecture; Service Dependency Graph; Software testing; Mikrotjänstarkitektur; Tjänsteberoendegraf; Mjukvarutestning;

    Sammanfattning : A popular architecture for developing large-scale systems is the microservice architecture, which is currently in use by companies such as Amazon, LinkedIn, and Uber. The are many benefits of the microservice architecture with respect to maintainability, resilience, and scalability. LÄS MER

  5. 5. Autonomous Control in Advanced Life Support Systems : Air Revitalisation within the Micro-Ecological Life Support System Alternative

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)

    Författare :Lukas Demey; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Advanced Life Support Systems; Cyber-Physical Systems; Control Architecture; Distributed Software Architecture; Space Exploration; Avancerade livsuppehållande system; cyberfysiska system; kontrollarkitektur; distribuerad mjukvaruarkitektur; rymdutforskning;

    Sammanfattning : In recent years international space agencies have become more and more explicit about long term lunar and Martian space missions. With the space program Terrae Novae, the European Space Agency puts forward a focus on the development of Human & Robotic Exploration technologies essential in enabling such long term missions.
