   Sammanfattning : Purpose: The study's purpose is to test the existing motivation theories on nurses' perceptions of the phenomenon of motivation during a pandemic. Method: A cross-sectional study that deals with the phenomenon of motivation with a deductive research approach. Our data collection has taken place through a qualitative research strategy. LÄS MER
