    Sammanfattning : Bakgrund Hemiparetisk skuldersmärta (HPS) efter stroke är vanligt med en prevalens mellan 22-47%. I nuläget finns ingen optimal behandling för HPS och de nationella riktlinjerna rekommenderar stödjande hjälpmedel som behandling trots att patienter beskrivit dessa som negativa.
