Mer specifikt behandlar rapporten tryckluftsanläggningen i byggnad 921 (B921) där optimal drift på kompressorerna inte har lyckats uppnås på grund av att kapaciteten på kompressorerna inte matchar flödesbehovet i byggnaden, som i sin tur har skapat onödiga kostnader och utgifter.
