With the help of a literature study, the study defines the advantages and disadvantages of e-voting and the traditional voting procedure and through a case study, the current situation is identified by the selected European countries and an interview is conducted to gain an insight into the Swedish voting procedure and where Sweden stands when it comes to e-voting.
