    Sammanfattning : In this thesis, a novel method of reducing the rear surface recombination in copper indium gallium (di) selenide (CIGS) thin film solar cells, using atomic layer deposited (ALD) Al2O3, has been evaluated via qualitative opto-electrical characterization.
