This with the intention of providing valuable insights for employers and encouraging a more inclusive work environment.    Method:                               An exploratory study based on a qualitative method, with an abductive approach. Data is collected through semi-structured interviews and analysed through a thematic method.    Conclusion:                           Based on the study’s empirical data and theoretical analysis, three key factors influencing migrants’ integration process on the Swedish labor market have been identified. Furthermore, the study’s findings indicate that companies should enhance their efforts regarding the integration of migrants, to take advantage of valuable skills and competencies.
