Plusenergi och dess installationer : Kvarter Trettondagen

Sammanfattning: The latest thing in the area of environmental building today is energy-plus-house. The idea behind the energy-plus-house is to create a house that produces more energy than it consumes. To accomplish this, the house uses renewable energy, in this particular case solar energy. With the help from a proper construction and thoughtfully projected installations you can achieve a surplus of energy. The surplus energy can then be sold to the surrounding buildings and thereby conduce to a financial profit for the household. We have focused on the project “Kv. Trettondagen” which has been designed by JM Entreprenad AB on the order of Stockholmshem AB. Together with JM Entreprenad AB we have compiled this study which focuses on calculations of the installations. We have implemented a study where we compare the energy performance of “Kv. Trettondagen” with the growing energy requirements of today.There is a requirement that ”Kv. Trettondagen” should reach the technical standard of a passive house. Calculations by hand does not give a result that matches those requirements but calculations using data-driven energy calculation programs shows a result that meets the requirements of a passive house.”Kv. Trettondagen” will produce a energy surplus of 4000 kWh per year and that surplus is a pure profit for the owner Stockholmshem AB. The surplus that’s produced comes from solar panels and is a surplus of heat energy.Results in this report shows that “Kv. Trettondagen” meets the requirements for being a labeled as a Svanen building. It also shows that “Kv. Trettondagen” reaches a high rating in the environmental certification of Miljöklassad byggnad. From our point of view “Kv. Trettondagen” will accomplish a good result when being certified by LEED and BREEAM.
