Samspelsbehandling på spädbarnsverksamhet : en livlina : en studie om tidig intervention i mor - barnrelation

Sammanfattning: This paper addresses the first psychological attachment between parents and children. If problems should arise, support is offered via a special infantsupport department. The aim with this study was to, on an individual level and focusing on the mothers, establish how the mothers experienced the support they have been offered and how this support has influenced their relationship to their child as well as their living situation. The questions were: In what way have the mothers established their contact with the department offering the support? How has the support and therapy been formed? How have the mothers experienced the support measures taken? Has the support resulted in any change in respect to the mother? The study is a qualitative case study based on seven interviews. The result have shown that the mothers came in contact with the support department in a variety of ways. They have been offered verbal therapy. All of the mothers have experienced the support as positive and it has influenced their parenting abilities in a positive manner.The study shows the importance in offering support to mothers and infants during the first important stage of infancy in order to secure the development of the child.
