    Sammanfattning : Vi har genomfört en innehålls- och textanalys samt retorisk analys av Furuviksparkens inlägg på Instagram och uttalanden i press och tv under schimpansincidenten 2022 i syfte att undersöka hur de använt olika strategier och retoriska medel för att upprätthålla sitt anseende och image. Med Image Repair Theory, Situational Crisis Communication Theory och retorikens appellformer har vi kunnat identifiera hur Furuvikparken använder olika strategier inom dessa teorier samt retoriska medel.
