    Sammanfattning : This qualitative study aimed to shed light on how active members of the climate movement Extincion Rebellion Sweden apply civil disobedience as a tool for political change, and how they in the application of civil disobedience relate to the political and legal system. Six semi structured interviews were conducted, which then were analyzed using John Rawl’s theory of civil disobedience, as well as Ewick and Silbey’s theory of legal consciousness. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : In this essay I examine the concept of liberty as expressed by the liberal political philosopher John Rawls in his book A Theory of Justice, and by the feminist philosopher Iris Marion Young in her book Justice and the Politics of Difference. The purpose of this study is to investigate the subject that is the different understandings of liberty, and the theories of justification that underlies them, in contemporary political philosophy.
