  1. 1. Evaluation of method for function control of test assay’s complementing and signaling enzymes

    Kandidat-uppsats, Uppsala universitet/Institutionen för medicinsk cellbiologi

    Författare :Alva Strand; [2022]
    Nyckelord :Nucleoside 5´-Diphosphate Kinase NdPK ; Adenosine 5´-Triphosphate ATP ; Rate-limiting enzyme; ß-Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide ß-NADH ; Enzymatic specific activity.;

    Sammanfattning : Nucleoside 5'-Diphosphate Kinase (NdPK EC 2.7.4.6) is an enzyme (phosphotransferase) with extraordinary characteristics due to its unique ability to transfer phosphor groups to interconvert all nucleoside di- and triphosphates as a part of the DNA synthesis. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Validation of a dispenser machine and enzyme kinetics for alcohol dehydrogenase

    Kandidat-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Kemiska institutionen

    Författare :Emelie Andersson; [2018]
    Nyckelord :enzyme kinetics; dispenser machine; Gradis; alcohol dehydrogenase; biochemistry; biokemi; Chemistry;

    Sammanfattning : To optimize precision and accuracy of small dispensed volumes, a dispenser was built. A 96-well plate was loaded with four replicates of a linear pyranine dilution series to test the accuracy and precision of the dispenser machine. Three dilution series of pyranine (100-0 percent, 10-0 percent and 1-0 percent) were made. LÄS MER
