    Sammanfattning : The aims of this essay were to investigate whether it was possible to read out the social class of the parents in judgments from the District Court concerning 2Åò LVU, the law of special provisions due to care for children, and whether the results was considered legally secure or if the outcome was affected by the parents' social class. We chose to use a content analysis where we analyzed 25 court judgments with help of the concepts social class, discrimination and legal certainty. LÄS MER
