    Sammanfattning : An attempt was made at developing atomic layer etching from a cyclic etching process in an ICP-RIE tool. During the process OES was used for contamination monitoring and estimation of the relative amount of Cl2 left in the chamber during the etch step of cyclic etching processes. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : This study aims to investigate how students in Swedish upper secondary school conceptualize sizes and distances of some astronomical objects, such as planets and stars, as well as the students’ general knowledge of the objects themselves. The study uses a constructivist framework and explores how well the students’ conceptions match the scientific facts and definitions, and what misconceptions and alternative conceptions they hold.     Sammanfattning : In this project particle production as a function of transverse momentum (\(p_{\rm T}\)) in proton-proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy (\(\sqrt{s}\)) of 7 TeV and 13 TeV has been studied. The transverse momentum is interesting to study since it reflects momentum created in the collision (before the collision, all momentum is in the beam - going in a longitudinal direction) and therefore gives information on the collision dynamics.
