6. Real- and Quasi-Atomic Layer Etching for Ultra-High Resolution Patterning
Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Fasta tillståndets fysik; Lunds universitet/Fysiska institutionenSammanfattning : An attempt was made at developing atomic layer etching from a cyclic etching process in an ICP-RIE tool. During the process OES was used for contamination monitoring and estimation of the relative amount of Cl2 left in the chamber during the etch step of cyclic etching processes. LÄS MER
7. Svenska gymnasieelevers uppfattningar om storlek och avstånd i universum
Uppsats för yrkesexamina på avancerad nivå, Lunds universitet/Fysiska institutionen; Lunds universitet/Institutionen för utbildningsvetenskapSammanfattning : This study aims to investigate how students in Swedish upper secondary school conceptualize sizes and distances of some astronomical objects, such as planets and stars, as well as the students’ general knowledge of the objects themselves. The study uses a constructivist framework and explores how well the students’ conceptions match the scientific facts and definitions, and what misconceptions and alternative conceptions they hold. 8. Transverse Momentum Spectra in pp collisions (\sqrt{s}\) = 7 TeV and \(\sqrt{s}\) = 13 TeV in ALICE
Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Fysiska institutionen; Lunds universitet/Partikel- och kärnfysikSammanfattning : In this project particle production as a function of transverse momentum (\(p_{\rm T}\)) in proton-proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy (\(\sqrt{s}\)) of 7 TeV and 13 TeV has been studied. The transverse momentum is interesting to study since it reflects momentum created in the collision (before the collision, all momentum is in the beam - going in a longitudinal direction) and therefore gives information on the collision dynamics. 9. Development and understanding of a model V2O5/anatase TiO2(101) SCR catalyst
Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Synkrotronljusfysik; Lunds universitet/Fysiska institutionenSammanfattning : A model V2O5/ anatase TiO2(101) SCR catalyst is studied with the purpose of developing and understanding the reaction mechanism through which this catalyst reduces NOx. Several reaction mechanisms have been proposed for this catalyst in the past, but there is still no agreement on which of these describe the reaction the best, if any. LÄS MER
10. Ion Induced Particle Desorption From Self Supporting Nanomembranes : Influence of Different Geometries and Particle Types
Kandidat-uppsats, Uppsala universitet/Tillämpad kärnfysikSammanfattning : Nanoelectronics is a field undergoing rapid development, meaning knowledge of the materials and methods used in nano-scale systems is a driving force in the industry. Silicon is a well known material in nanoelectronics commonly used as a semiconductor and is therefore a good representative for nanomaterials in general. LÄS MER
