  1. 1. En studie på traceurers maximala styrka och explosiva styrka : att mäta hoppförmåga inom Parkour/Freerunning med Isometric Mid-Thigh Pull och Countermovement Jump

    Kandidat-uppsats, Gymnastik- och idrottshögskolan, GIH/Institutionen för fysiologi, nutrition och biomekanik

    Författare :Don Piili; Tobias Nilsson; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Parkour; Freerunning; PK; PK FR; IMTP; Isometric midthigh pull; CMJ; counter movement jump; Newton; Traceur; traceuse; Hoppförmåga; GIH; LTIV; tränarlänkövrigt;

    Sammanfattning : Syfte: Syftet för studien var att undersöka om isometric mid-thigh pull (IMTP) tillsammans med (CMJ) kan anses som lämpliga testmetoder för att mäta prestation i hoppförmåga inom parkour/freerunning (PK/FR). Vi undersökte detta genom att mäta traceurers maximala styrka och explosiva styrka i de nedre extremiteterna, för att sedan jämföra resultaten med fysiskt aktiva idrottsstudenter på högskolenivå. 2. 2. Characterization of Pressure and Velocity Fields in Acoustophoresis Using Particle Tracks

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Tillämpad fysik

    Författare :Jonathan Karlsson; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Acoustofluidics; Acoustophoresis; Ultrasonic Standing Waves; Acoustic fields; Particle tracking; Bio marking; Akustofluidik; Akustofores; Stående Ultraljuds Vågor; Akustiska fält; Particle tracking; Bio-markering;

    Sammanfattning : This master’s thesis explores the possibility of calculating and using the pressure andvelocity fields responsible for acoustophoresis. The goal was to use simulated data,similar to two-dimensional particle tracks from a specific microfluidic platform, toestimate the force potential and solve the partial differential equation (PDE) thatgoverns the relationship between the force potential and the acoustic fields. 3. 3. Load-velocity profiles as a predictor of performance level in swimming : What differentiates international elite swimmers from national elite – force capacity or efficiency?

    Master-uppsats, Gymnastik- och idrottshögskolan, GIH/Institutionen för fysiologi, nutrition och biomekanik

    Författare :Maria Vitazka; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Load-Velocity; Force-Velocity; Force Capacity; Swimming; Biomechanics; Performance indicators; International elite; swimming performance; 1080 Sprint; 1080 Motion; Semi-tethered force measurements; tethered force measurements; maximum velocity; load; force; swimming efficiency;

    Sammanfattning : Aim  The purposes of this study were to investigate if the load-velocity (L-V) profile parameters – force capacity and efficiency - differ between swimmers of different performance level, and to investigate if efficiency is the key performance indicator between international elite and national elite level swimmers.  Method  Fifty-four swimmers (27 female and 27 male) of either regional level, national elite or international elite level, participated in this study. 4. 4. Modeling of the trajectory of ice thrown from a wind turbine

    Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Institutionen för energivetenskaper

    Författare :Elena Rocchi; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Ice thrown - Ice fall - RANS - LES - CFD - simulations - ballistic model; Technology and Engineering;

    Sammanfattning : There is a growing number of wind turbines installed in cold temperature zones as a result of the restricted space for new construction. Due to ice deposition on the turbine blades, the increasing installation of wind turbines in freezing temperature areas presents many challenges: ice accumulation increases weight, unbalances the rotor, diminishes aerodynamic efficiency, and creates safety issues. 5. 5. Implementing Kalman Filtering Algorithms for Estimating Clamp Force on a Test Rig : Testing the Power and Limitations of Unscented Kalman Filter-based Estimations

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för industriell teknik och management (ITM)

    Författare :Tim Naser; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Clamping Froce; Kalman Filtering; Unscented Kalman Filtering; Tightening; Consequence of User Errors During Tightening; Velocity Profiles; Klämkraft; Kalman Filtrering; Unscented Kalman Filtrering; Åtdragning; Konsekvens av Användarfel Under Åtdragning; Hastightersprofiler.;

    Sammanfattning : his study explores clamp force estimation using Unscented Kalman Filtering (UKF) in torque-controlled tightening scenarios with various velocity profiles. Previous research has explored the impact of velocity levels on target torque and clamping force, but only using hand-held tools. LÄS MER
