    Sammanfattning : The research conducted in this thesis will focus on incels’ violence, the media coverage of it, and incels’ debatable connection to extremism. Using a comparative case study on incel violence enables an examination of how media presents the coverage, identifying similarities, differences, and patterns from a transnational perspective by analyzing news articles from two selected newspapers in the US and two newspapers from Sweden over a specific period.     Sammanfattning : Through a netnographic qualitative research, an incel forum is analyzed in this study using a thematic analysis to investigate users on the incel forum and their views on sexual and violent crime. By using Sykes and Matza's (1957) techniques of neutralization, this study shows how the users on the forum may justify their positive views on violent and sexual crime. LÄS MER
