2. Empowering resettled middle Eastern refugees: Exploring information and communication technology for social inclusion, agency and well-being.
Master-uppsats, Göteborgs universitet/Institutionen för pedagogik och specialpedagogikSammanfattning : Aim: This study aims to investigate the role of information and communication technologies (ICTs) in facilitating the social inclusion of resettled Middle Eastern refugees in Sweden. Through a capability approach lens, the research delves into the ways in which refugees utilize ICTs to enhance their agency, self-reliance, and overall well-being within their new societal context. 3. Reconstruction of Radio Detector Data using Graph Neural Networks
Master-uppsats, Uppsala universitet/HögenergifysikSammanfattning : The current neutrino detectors have been able to detect neutrinos in the range of TeV to 100 PeV, however, ultra high energy (UHE) neutrinos above 100 PeV still remain to be detected. A new neutrino detector, the RNO-G, is currently being constructed in Greenland with the purpose of detecting the first UHE neutrinos using radio antennas capable of measuring the Askaryan pulse generated after a neutrino interaction with the ice molecules. 4. Reflections on One’s Own Body : An Approach to the Potential of Self-Image in HCI
Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)Sammanfattning : Self-image and the way we present ourselves to the world are highly relevant in today’s society, fostered to some extent by the ubiquitous use of technology. For example, the idealized body image that is disseminated in the media and on social networks can affect the relationship we have with ourselves. LÄS MER
5. Minimizing the clock drift in partially synchronized heterogeneous TSN networks
Uppsats för yrkesexamina på grundnivå, Mälardalens universitet/Akademin för innovation, design och teknikSammanfattning : The new generation of embedded systems will increase interaction between the environment, people, and autonomous devices. This will increase their need for communication, particularly in meeting real-time requirements. LÄS MER
