    Kandidat-uppsats, Uppsala universitet/Institutionen för biologisk grundutbildning

    Författare :Sammi Baudin; Hillevi Fjellström; Aron Kraft; Erica Lamberg; Måns Rosenbaum; Hanna Sjöstrand; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Phorphorylation; Proteomics; Biomarkers; Phosphoproteins; PTM; Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis; ALS; Alzheimer s disease; Parkinson s disease; Cancer; xMAP; SIMOA; NULISA; PEA; ELISA; Mass spectrometry; SomaScan;

    Sammanfattning : Post-translational modifications (PTMs) of proteins can be a sign and/or cause of disease. These modified proteins have the potential to be used as biomarkers for diagnostic purposes. However, research in the field is limited. LÄS MER

  2. 7. Multiplexing NFC Antennas : An evaluation of the technique and its limitations

    Kandidat-uppsats, Jönköping University/JTH, Avdelningen för datavetenskap

    Författare :Viktor Gustafsson; Per Ottosson; [2023]
    Nyckelord :AAT; BER; DSR; Impedance; Multiplexer; NFC; Wireless Technology;

    Sammanfattning : Introduction This study aims to investigate the possibility of driving multiple NFC antennas with a single NFC-controller by using a multiplexer. An artifact was developed and experiments were conducted in order to evaluate the design choice and in addition, to observe the impact of a multiplexer in an NFC system with respect to the number of successful tag detections, bit error rate (BER), the utilization of automatic antenna tuning (AAT) and the physical distance to the NFC tag. 3. 8. Analysis of Flow Prolongation Using Graph Neural Network in FIFO Multiplexing System

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)

    Författare :Weiran Wang; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Network Calculus; Flow Prolongation; Graph Neural Network; Fast Gradient Sign Method; Delay Bound; Nätverkskalkyl; Flödesförlängning; Graph Neural Network; Fast Gradient Sign Method; Fördröjningsgräns;

    Sammanfattning : Network Calculus views a network system as a queuing framework and provides a series of mathematical functions for finding an upper bound of an end-to-end delay. It is crucial for the design of networks and applications with a hard delay guarantee, such as the emerging Time Sensitive Network. LÄS MER

  4. 9. Characterization and Stabilization of Transverse Spatial Modes of Light in Few-Mode Optical Fibers

    Master-uppsats, Linköpings universitet/Informationskodning

    Författare :Oscar Pihl; [2023]
    Nyckelord :spatial modes; Space division multiplexing; SDM; superpositions; LP-modes; few-mode fibers; quantum communication; quantum optics; adaptive optics; stochastic parallel gradient descent; SPGD; mode control; QKD; polarization controller; paddle controller; QRNG; quantum random number generator; spatial modes; perturbation effects;

    Sammanfattning : With the growing need for secure and high-capacity communications, innovative solutions are needed to meet the demands of tomorrow. One such innovation is to make use of the still unutilized spatial dimension of light in communications, which has promising applications in both enabling higher data traffic as well as the security protocols of the future in quantum communications. 5. 10. Current-Mode Class D Power Amplifier for 2.4GHz Wi-Fi

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)

    Författare :Yann Jean Michael Pirot; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Power Amplifier; Wifi; Digital Power Amplfier; Class D; RFIC; Analogue; Effektförstärkare; Wifi; digital förstärkare; klass D; analog;

    Sammanfattning : Modern wireless communication techniques employed in the Wi-Fi® protocol, such as orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing exhibit analogue signals with high peak-to-average power ratio. Therefore, power amplifiers for Wi-Fi suffer from low efficiency when operating in back-off mode, away from their maximum efficiency at peak power. LÄS MER
