   Sammanfattning : The aim of this study is to examine in which ways desire is expressed and how it can be understood in Majken Johanssons three first published poetry collections ​Buskteater (1952),​ I grund och botten ​ (1956) and ​Andens undanflykt ​ (1958)​. ​To do so I use the theories of desire of Elizabeth Grosz, Sigmund Freud and Gilles Deleuze and Félix Guattari.
