Sammanfattning: Theheighteneduseofautomatizationindifferentmarketshasmadeahugeimpactformany differenttypesofcompaniesthatwanttotakeadvantageofthetechnicalachievementsto remaincompetitiveinthemarket.Automatizationhasmanydifferentaspects,makingit importantforcompaniestodeeplyanalyzetheorganizationalstructureandcurrent operativecapacitytodecideifautomatizationcansatisfytheircurrentandfutureneeds.Itis alsoimportanttodevelopeffectiveinvestmentcalculationstocorrectlyassesstheviability ofautomatization.Thisstudyaimstoexploretheeffectsofautomatization,specificallyin fieldsincompanieslikeeconomy,competence,ergonomicsandefficiency,aswellas understandingwhichmethodsandcriteriasAteaLogisticsABusesinassessinginvestment ofautomatedcharacterandwhatriskstheseinvestmentscanpotentiallyhaveinthework environment.Thisisdonebycomparingthetheoryofthesedifferentconceptswiththe empiricalevidenceprovidedbythecompany.Byanalyzingempiricalevidencewiththe literature,thisstudyaimstogiveinsightsonthedifferenteffectsthatautomatizationcan havebasedondifferentparameters.
