Avtalsprocessen - en rekommendation hur avtalsprocessen vid uthyrning av kommersiella lokaler kan förenklas och effektiviseras

Sammanfattning: Background: In the current situation the agreement process has a central role in a real estate company´s operation. No previous research has been made in this field of study, which has led to a demand for better insight into the function and significance of the agreement process to real estate companies. Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to study and analyse how the agreement process appears in the current situation. The aim was to identify which steps in the process that can be further improved and developed. Method: To fulfil the purpose of the thesis, a review of contemporary research and literature was made. The empirical study was based on a set of interviews with four real estate companies, which later has been analysed and has resulted in a final recommendation. Conclusions: The conclusion of this thesis is that the agreement process has development potential. The thesis has produced several recommendations for both real estate companies and firms that provide agreement process software. Syftet med studien är att undersöka och analysera hur en avtalsprocess ser ut i dagsläget. Avsikten är att uppmärksamma vilka av avtalsprocessens steg som går att förenkla och effektivisera.
