    Sammanfattning : The aim of this essay was to examine and problematize, based on current norms, how female rape victims have been portrayed in different selected judgments. This has been based on the following questions: - How is the female rape victim portrayed in the selected empirical data? - Why are the existing perceptions on female rape victims problematic?
