    Sammanfattning : Uppsatsens övergripande fråga är om det särskilda lämplighetskravet för offentliga biträden i mål om LVU har fått den effekt som lagstiftaren avsåg och om det, i den bemärkelsen, går att utläsa en skillnad mellan mål om beredande av vård och upphörande av vård.
