    Sammanfattning : Abstract Problem: While it has been extensively studied which personal characteristics enhance entrepreneurial learning from failure, the mechanisms of how those characteristics contribute to entrepreneurial learning process has not yet been fully understood. Aim: Through a comprehensive model, this research aims to explore how different personal characteristics influence the different stages of experiential learning as defined by Kolb (1984, 2014) with the purpose to contribute to a deeper understanding of entrepreneurial learning from failure, to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of entrepreneurial activities.
