    Författare :Balwan Rana; [2021]
    Nyckelord :Negative-Index Material; NIM; Positive-Index Material; RHM; Backward- Wave Propagation; Step-Index Interface; Graded-Index Interface; Left-Handed Material; LHM; Right-Handed Material; RHM; Analytical Solution; Validation; Negativt-Index Material; NIM; Positivt-Index Material; PIM; Bakåtvåg-utbredning; Steg-Index Gränssnitt; Gradering-Index Gränssnitt; Vänsterhänt Material; LHM; Högerhänt Material; RHM; Analytisk Lösning; Validering;

    Sammanfattning : The discovery of metamaterials has led to major advances in different fields of physics including optics, microwave engineering and acoustics. Specific to theoretical electromagnetism, the introduction of metamaterials have led to the development of negative-index materials (NIMs) with simultaneous negative permittivity and negative permeability with backward-wave propagation. 2. 12. Film formation of mixed-halide perovskites for PSCs

    Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Fasta tillståndets fysik; Lunds universitet/Fysiska institutionen

    Författare :Lina Ekstedt; [2021]
    Nyckelord :Mixed Halide Perovskites; Perovskite Solar Cells; Bandgap Tuning; In-situ Spectroscopy; Antisolvent; Interface Modifier.; Physics and Astronomy;

    Sammanfattning : Over the last few years there has been a steady increase in interest in the exploration of perovskite materials within photovoltaic research. This can to a large extent be attributed to the incredible pace at which solar cells based on perovskites have improved in efficiency during the same time period. LÄS MER

  3. 13. Testing the wildland urban interface fire evacuation tool WUI-NITY: A case study of a rural community

    Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Avdelningen för Brandteknik

    Författare :Afroza Mallick; [2021]
    Nyckelord :WUI-NITY; fire evacuation tool; evacuation; wildland-urban interface.; Technology and Engineering;

    Sammanfattning : This thesis makes use of a freely available platform based on multi-physics simulations, named WUI-NITY, to model WUI fire evacuation. This simulation platform includes three sub-models addressing fire spread, pedestrian movement and traffic movement allowing the representation of their interaction to produce outputs useful for dynamic vulnerability assessment. 4. 14. Characterization of InAs-Al semiconductor-superconductor hybrid devices

    Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Fasta tillståndets fysik; Lunds universitet/Fysiska institutionen

    Författare :Markus Aspegren; [2020]
    Nyckelord :quantum dot; superconductivity; quantum transport; josephson junction; spectroscopy; yu-shiba-rusinov; hybrid devices; sub-gap states; quantum computer; majorana bound state; bogoliubov quasiparticle; Physics and Astronomy;

    Sammanfattning : In this thesis we study charge and spin transport through InAs-Al nanowire superconductor-semiconductor hybrid devices. We focus on assessing the quality of the InAs-Al contact interface when using a weak HCl acid to wet-etch the nanowire surface prior to metal evaporation. LÄS MER
