    Sammanfattning : The main aim of this project was to peel off the epitaxially grown nanowires (NWs) from their native substrate and transfer them to the cheaper carrier substrate in order to make solar cell device from transferred NWs. Potentially the peeling and transferring idea is about to decrease the cost of NWs growth by reusing the native substrate especially for expensive material such as InP and GaAs which are suitable materials for single junction solar cell.
