Sammanfattning: How political order sustains and is constructed is a fundamental problem in the social sciences, and it is still disagreement of how it should be solved. The structure of the operating system is argued has changed, which has contributed to the nation-states ability to manage the problem of political order has enervated. The thesis point of departure is that the traditional way of study and analyze the international political order is insufficiently, and by develop a theoretical framework the ambition has been to increase the understanding of how the character of the problem of the political order has changed. The purpose was from two empirical illustration examples demonstrate how the problem of the political order is constructed and handled differently depending on the question of fact and region, after an introductory normative discussion of how we should studying the international political order. The results demonstrate that the idea of a world order does not embrace an integrated singular space, and that we instead should talk about parallel world orders, and that institutions and networks exists in parallel systems operating on various levels.
