   Sammanfattning : This thesis analyzes the effect of the implementation progress of the G20 post-crisis reform on systemic risk and bank foreign claims. First, indices measuring jurisdiction-level implementation progress of the reform and its different areas are constructed, and subsequently, SRISK, a common measure of systemic risk is regressed on these indices and other regulatory variables in a fixed effects regression.    Sammanfattning : The purpose of this paper is to investigate the economic effects that the reduction of credit that followed the Great Recession had on small businesses. We find that the supply of bank credit to small businesses in times of crisis does not discriminate against businesses in low income regions, but rather that the economic effects are the same through a nation-wide perspective.
