    Sammanfattning : In this thesis we study charge and spin transport through InAs-Al nanowire superconductor-semiconductor hybrid devices.     Sammanfattning : Laser wakefield acceleration (LWFA) utilises a high intensity laser pulse to excite a plasma density wave with associated large directed electric fields.
