  1. 21. Study of the Resistive Switching Mechanism in Novel Ultra-thin Organic-inorganic Dielectric-based RRAM through Electrical Observations

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)

    Författare :Alba Maria Martinez Garcia; [2021]
    Nyckelord :Resistive random-access memory RRAM ; flexible electronics; organic-inorganic hybrid dielectric; dual-mode conducting filament; electrical programming; Resistivt slumpmässigt åtkomstminne RRAM ; flexibel elektronik; organisk-oorganisk hybrid dielektrikum; dubbelt läge ledande glödtråd; elektrisk programmering;

    Sammanfattning : The promising role resistive random-access memory (RRAM) plays in the imminent reality of wearable electronics calls for a new, updated physical model of their operating mechanism. Their high applicability as the next-generation flexible non-volatile memory (NVM) devices has promoted the recent emergence of a novel ultra-thin (< 5nm) organic/inorganic hybrid dielectric RRAM. 2. 22. Revising the link between neighbourhoods and education: The case of well performing middle schools in Malmö

    Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Sociologiska institutionen; Lunds universitet/Sociologi

    Författare :Andreea Valentina Moraru; [2021]
    Nyckelord :Neighbourhood effects; Education; Malmö; fsQCA; privatisation of education; Qualitative Comparative Analysis; Social Sciences;

    Sammanfattning : How do neighbourhoods affect life chances? This is a question that researchers have asked in different forms as early as the 50’s –and there is no shortage of papers exploring neighbourhood effects: how where we live affects our well-being or our participation in the labour market, our life expectancy or, in general, our life outcomes. Yet, there is less consensus than one would expect from a field that has been this active: mechanisms are not clearly defined, methodologies are often one-sided, theoretical concepts are outdated and sometimes harmful for communities and contextuality of most kinds is surprisingly rare. 3. 23. "The Jungle Telegraph" : A qualitative case study about the challenges for Swedish B2B Small and Medium-size Enterprises when entering the Sub-Saharan market

    Kandidat-uppsats, Linnéuniversitetet/Institutionen för marknadsföring (MF)

    Författare :Levent Bekir; Nicolas Numhauser; Rawa Abbas; [2021]
    Nyckelord :Sub-Saharan Africa; SME; institutional framework; entry mode; internationalization strategy; network;

    Sammanfattning : As developed markets have become saturated to a greater extent, companies have instead targeted emerging economies. In recent years, a substantial number of companies have recognized the opportunities in the Sub-Saharan market, which has led to an increasing number of foreign firms entering this market. LÄS MER

  4. 24. Design and Analysis of a Generic Fixture for Physical Squeak and Rattle Prediction

    Master-uppsats, Linköpings universitet/Maskinkonstruktion

    Författare :Darshan Bandihalli Mahalingaiah; Ajayvarma Sagi; [2020]
    Nyckelord :Finite Element Analysis; Topology Optimization; Design and analysis; Squeak and Rattle; Biw; Cockpit.;

    Sammanfattning : The thesis work investigates the possibility of replacing the Body-In-White (BIW) sections used in a physical test with a fixture. Volvo-cars perform several sub-system tests on its car components taken from various car models for different issues. LÄS MER

  5. 25. Forecast-based Financing within the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement: Persisting barriers and ways forward

    Master-uppsats, Lunds universitet/Avdelningen för Riskhantering och Samhällssäkerhet

    Författare :Camille Chatenier; Daniel Ramskov Erichsen; [2020]
    Nyckelord :Forecast-based Financing; Anticipation; Ownership; Capacity development; Ambiguity; Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.; Earth and Environmental Sciences;

    Sammanfattning : With the introduction of Forecast-based Financing (FbF) in 2013, the ability and incentive to do early action based on forecasting has increased over the last couple of years. In this study eleven semi-structured interviews were conducted with FbF practitioners of the Red Cross and Red Crescent (RCRC) Movement with the purpose of shedding light on challenges and opportunities associated with the approach.
