Since interactive service works often is preformed within rationalized and highly controlled work environments, we find it highly relevant to in-depth analyze how employees experience a more autonomous context.     Sammanfattning : Detta är en litteraturstudie baserad på 25 vetenskapliga artiklar. Arbetet med patientsäkerhet är ständigt pågående. Antalet vårdskador fortsätter dock att vara högt. Mycket fokus på arbetet att få ner antalet vårdskador i Sverige har legat på rutiner, rapporteringssystem, arbetsmiljö och åtgärder från ledningshåll. LÄS MER
