    Sammanfattning : Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka vilka strategier socialarbetare i en norrlandskommun har i arbetet med unga som hamnar mellan frivilliga insatser enligt SoL och tvångsvård enligt 3 § LVU. Syftet ska besvaras med hjälp av tre frågeställningar: i vilken utsträckning socialsekreterarna använder sig av 22 § LVU, vad socialsekreterarna använder sig av istället om inte 22 § LVU används och hur socialsekreterarna resonerar kring frivillighet kontra tvång i arbetet kring dessa unga?
