11. Application demonstrator for green IoT unit including Ligna S-power
Master-uppsats, Linköpings universitet/Fysik, elektroteknik och matematik; Linköpings universitet/Tekniska fakultetenSammanfattning : Ligna Energy has developed a printable battery, called S-Power. It is based on research in organic electronics. In order to demonstrate the functionality of the new batteries, an IoT device was developed. The demonstrator consisted of a Sensor for temperature and relative humidity (RH), LoRWAN communication and a circuit for energy harvesting. LÄS MER
12. PCB design and performance evaluation of miniaturized electronics : A case study for the SOMIRO project
Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)Sammanfattning : Electronics miniaturization is an ever-important subject in the industry of consumer electronics, where smaller, lighter and more powerful electronics is expected. This thesis investigates the miniaturization challenge in the EU-funded project SOMIRO, that aims to construct an energy autonomous swimming millirobot for remote sensing in in agriculture. LÄS MER
13. PCBA verification and fault detection using a low-frequency GMR-based near-field probe with magnetic closed-loop feedback compensation : A non-contact alternative to physical probing
Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)Sammanfattning : As electronics are getting both smaller and more advanced, the need to verify and validate remains and the means are getting more complex the more functions and components are added. Traditionally, in-circuit tests (ICTs) are performed by probing dedicated test points on the Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) in a test sequence that is unique to each product. LÄS MER
14. Antenna as a sensor for sensing available LTE networks
Master-uppsats, KTH/Skolan för elektroteknik och datavetenskap (EECS)Sammanfattning : This thesis primarily deals with the concept of designing an antenna based device to harvest energy from Radio Frequency (RF) and using the harvested energy to sense the available Long Term Evolution (LTE) network in order for the Internet of Things (IoT) devices to connect to the network for the purpose of transmitting and receiving data. Secondarily the importance of this project is targeting how to conserve battery power in an IoT device and extend it’s lifetime. LÄS MER
15. Applications of Printed and Organic Electronics : How printed and organic electronics can facilitate circular business models in the fashion industry through traceability
Master-uppsats, Linköpings universitet/Industriell miljöteknikSammanfattning : Printed and organic electronics have been intensely researched in the past few years, and their potential low-cost and sustainability benefits combined with their unique form properties makes them interesting from a product design perspective. However, there has been a lack of product design with printed and organic electronics, which has created a gap between research and market. LÄS MER
