The theme of the study is based upon a recent ruling by the Swedish Supreme Court on December 5, 2023, marking the first instance of Swedish legal scrutiny on the concept of elevated risks as compensable injuries. We have investigated how to use Linear wave theory (LWT) to model the kinematic movements in water governed by free ocean waves.
