    Sammanfattning : This thesis draws on the theory of new materialism to posit an alternative approach to cultural heritage digitization. Modifying the method of critical digitization and synthesizing it with the method of thick description for the study of damaged cultural heritage, this thesis proposes the method weird digitization which seeks to challenge traditional selection criteria for cultural heritage digitization as well as challenging practices of mass digitization.     Sammanfattning : Since the communication of an area’s local heritage to children not only offers intangible benefits to children, but also ensures the continued preservation of the heritage itself, it is important to develop ways in which such communication can be undertaken.     Sammanfattning : Abstract (sv): Denna uppsats undersöker de lärande- anpassningsprocesser som svenskar genomgår när de etablerar sig på internationella arbetsplatser. Med fokus på svenskar som arbetar i olika länder utgår studien från dessa två forskningsfrågor: Hur beskriver svenskar sina erfarenheter av att etablera sig på en arbetsplats utomlands? Vilka möjligheter och utmaningar identifierar svenskar i dessa sociala lärande- och anpassningsprocesser? Studien besvarar dessa frågor genom en kvalitativ ansats med semistrukturerade intervjuer för att utforska individuella erfarenheter av kulturell och professionell anpassning. LÄS MER
