    Sammanfattning : Ett av dressyrens huvudmål är att skapa harmoni mellan häst och ryttare, och en förutsättning för detta är att ryttaren har en välbalanserad och följsam sits. Syftet med detta arbete var att utreda i vilken utsträckning ryttare rör sig i harmoni med hästen under ridning, det vill säga om ryttarens rörelser följer hästens utan större fasförskjutning, liksom om det förekommer en tidsförskjutning mellan hästens olika kroppssegments vertikala rörelser vid ridning i nedsutten trav.
