  1. 1. Computational Analysis of Spray Deflector Designs

    Master-uppsats, KTH/Lättkonstruktioner, marina system, flyg- och rymdteknik, rörelsemekanik

    Författare :Osman Gyokhan Ali; [2023]
    Nyckelord :Planing Hulls; Spray Deflector; Hull Modification; Computational fluid dynamics CFD ; resistance; trim angle; heave; CD-adapco Star CCM ; Numerical Ventilation; Phase Replacement; Modified HRIC Scheme; Volume Fraction Source Term; Reynolds averaged Navier-Stokes RANS ; Volume of Fluid VOF ; SST K-Omega Turbulence Modelling; Höghastighetshantverk; modelldesign; spraydeflektor;

    Sammanfattning : Planing hull is a common hull design concept which decreases the resistance while speed is increasing for a specific speed range. It is also suitable for hull modifications to achieve higher efficiency. Spray deflector is a promising hull modification which offers extra resistance decreasing and less vertical acceleration for planing hulls. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Internationalization process of SMEs, and the effects of market turbulence : A comparative study between Swedish and Sri Lankan SMEs

    Magister-uppsats, Linnéuniversitetet/Institutionen för marknadsföring (MF)

    Författare :Jacob Andersson; Dilini Shyamali Kekunawela Pathirana; [2022]
    Nyckelord :Internationalization; internationalization theories; SME; Developed markets; Developing markets; Market turbulence; Resilience;

    Sammanfattning : The world has grown increasingly globalized and competitive which has made it crucial for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to look beyond their native market in order to thrive. Although internationalization is considered somewhat uncertain in the face of corporate unfamiliar environments, non-internationalization in a globalized economy can be an even more risky task because it can cause the company to lose competitiveness.
