Tidseffektivt bostadsbyggande

Detta är en Master-uppsats från Lunds universitet/Institutionen för arkitektur och byggd miljö

Sammanfattning: Abstract This project is based on the housing crisis that Sweden is having right now. The aim of this master thesis in architecture is to be a part of the solution and an entry in the Swedish housing debate. Through making a flexible and rational system the goal is to make construction fast, without compromising with architectural qualities. This is not a complete solution of the housing shortage but rather a part of the solution. The wall system that has been developed with help from a construction-engineer is made out of two different lengths of wall modules. One is 1800 mm and the other one is 1200 mm. This makes it possible to combine the modules in different ways to make an interesting and flexible façade. The project based on this module system is situated in Halmstad, a medium sized Swedish town located on the West coast. The eight blocks that has been designed are located on a site next to the river, Nissan that is passing through the town. Out of these eight blocks one and a half has been more thoroughly designed. The eight blocks are connected to one another with something I call streets in the air, which are more lively exterior corridors.
