    Sammanfattning : Abstract                                                                               Bakgrund: Både nationellt och internationellt är diabetesnefropati den vanligast bakomliggande orsaken till njursvikt, och svarar för ca en fjärdedel av den njursvikt som leder till dialysbehandling och njurtransplantation.
